How to send the onboarding pack to candidates
1. Click on Candidate Offer and select the candidate name to send the onboarding pack

2. Click on the 'Onboarding tab in the candidate profile.'

3. The first step would be to select the onboarding pack to be sent. Click on the highlighted tab to select.

4. You'll see a drop-down menu where you can select the onboarding pack to send. When you choose an onboarding pack, you'll also preview all the attachments added to the template.

5. Once you are sure, please click on 'Manage Attachments' to edit the attachments before sharing them with the candidate

6. Generally, the forms and other attachments do not require any additional steps before being shared. You can confirm this by noticing the status 'Ready.'

7. However, if you have added documents to your onboarding pack with dates or text fields unique to each candidate and internal signatures, you'll see a different status - 'Missing.'

8. To add the details, please click on the three dots next to the status 'Missing' and then click 'Prepare.'

9. You'll see a blue banner stating you must complete the remaining fields.

10. If you need to make any last-minute changes to the document, click 'Edit document.'

11. That will open the text editor where you can make changes. Once you are done, click on 'Save changes'.

12. Once you've saved the changes, you'll see the edited documents again with missing signatures and custom fields. Use the 'Find custom field' button to find the sections that need to be filled.

13. The system will prompt you to the correct fields, and you can click on them to enter the details. The screenshot below shows the date picker prompting you to select a date to be entered.

14. Once you've filled all custom fields, you can use the 'Find Signature Field' button to add your signature.

15. You'll see an option to pick any user added to SMH for the signature. If you are going to sign the document, please choose your name. If not, select the name of the person who signed the document.

16. A green note at the top indicates that everything is complete once the document is complete.

17. Then, click on 'Save.'

18. Click on 'Back to attachments list.'

19. Now, to go to the next step, "Click on Manage signatures."

20. You'll see a note that the internal signatures should be made, and only then will the pack be sent to the candidates.

21. Now, click on 'Send onboarding.'

22. You'll see the pop-up below. Click on "Yes, start."

23. Once you click on 'Send', the user whose signature is required will receive a pop-up to sign the document

24. Click on "Start tracking progress"

25. The documents that require your signature would have an active 'Purple' circle. Click on the arrow mark next to it.

26. You'll see a 'Sign the document' prompt. You can click on it to move forward.

27. Click on Find signature

28. Click on "Click here to sign"

29. You can either type in your name or use 'Draw by hand' to add your signature. Once you are done, click on 'Create Signature.'

30. If someone else's name is chosen for Internal signature, they will receive the following email with the link to the candidate profile.

How to keep track of the onboarding packs?
1. Once the signature is added, the onboarding pack will be sent to the candidate. You can keep track of all the onboarding sent by clicking on the 'Onboarding' tab.

2. You can view the status of each document by clicking on the arrow before the candidate's name.

3. To download or view the documents, click on the 'Three dots' next to the last update column and then click 'Go to Onboarding.'

Notifications sent by SMH for onboarding
1. as a hiring manager, you'll receive the following email once the onboarding is sent.

2. Also, the candidate will receive the email below to start their onboarding.

How will the candidates view the onboarding pack?
Once the candidate logs in to their profile using the link in the email above, they'll see the onboarding section with documents to be signed.
