With SeeMeHired, you can post internal job openings for your current employees. This feature helps you streamline internal hiring processes, promote career growth, and fill roles with trusted team members familiar with your organisation.
Posting Internal Jobs
1. Click on Jobs

2. Click on Active jobs

3. Click on Post new job

4. Click on Select template

5. Select the job template to post a job

6. Fill in the details required to post a job: Lead recruiter, hiring manager and the dates for the specific job

7. Before previewing and publishing the job, make sure to toggle ON the 'Internal' button in the visibility section

8. Now click on 'Preview and publish'

Viewing Internal Jobs
9. To view all the internal jobs listed, you can click on Jobs Active jobs

10. Click on All filters to view the filters available

11. You can then further click on 'Internal' in the visibility section to filter all internal jobs posted.

12. You'd also see a tag 'Internal' when you are viewing any internal jobs

Sharing Internal Jobs
13. To share an internal job, you can click on 'Share job' button to fetch the link
