Shortlisting scores are calculated based on multiple criteria. If you need to disable them if the team is not using the module, please follow the steps below.
1. Ideally, the candidate would have a score associated with their profile
2. To disable it, click on Settings Company Settings Shortlisting
3. Click on the 'toggle' next to disable shortlisting
4. Click on Save changes
5. Once you make this change, you'll now see that no shortlisting score would be visible.
