Once you have successfully run a candidate through every stage of the process and have decided to hire them, it is time to send their Onboarding Pack! This will contain all the documents, forms and files they will need to get started. This guide will show you how to build a custom pack.
1. From the dashboard, click on Templates

2. Select the Onboarding tab

3. Click on Onboarding packs

4. Here, you will get an overview of your existing Onboarding packs

5. To add documents, select "Add New Template."

6. Name your new template

7. Click on Confirm

8. You can also duplicate existing packs; start by clicking on the actions button for the pack you want to duplicate

9. Click on Duplicate

10. Name your duplicated pack

11. To begin building the pack, click "Add Attachment."

12. You will be able to select which document type you wish to add here, Mapped Document, Additional Form or Other File

13. From the "Mapped Document" selection, you can select which document you would like to add to the platform.
Note: Before you start adding documents, please ensure the document is added to SMH by navigating to Templates > Onboarding > Documents

14. This is similar to the "Form" selection, select which pre-made form you would like included

15. From the "Other File" selection, there is the option to drop or upload a file of your choice to appear in the onboarding pack

16. This prompt is slightly different, and will only ask if you require a signature to confirm the receipt of the document

17. Click on Save to save your onboarding pack once completed with everything you need
