If you have a particular role that you advertise a lot, building a job template could save you hours. This function allows you to create a template that you can then use as your base for posting. Anything you create in a job template is completely customisable in the future and before posting the job itself.
1. From the Dashboard, select templates

2. Click on Jobs

3. Here you will see your existing job templates

4. Click on Post new job template to create a new template

5. This page contains the main job aspects that will be posted

6. You can also duplicate from existing templates, and filter them by location using this drop-down

7. And use this drop-down to select the template to duplicate

8. After applying a template the fields will fill in for you to edit as needed, or you can fill these in for a new template

9. This section is for salary details (this will stay internal for admins unless preferences are changed). Complete it as necessary for each field

10. From here you can choose a SOC code if it is applied in your business

11. This panel is for inputting general details of the role and what it is (or choose a SOC template)

12. Here you can put in the job criteria and responsibilities in full (or select from a SOC template)

13. This tab will allow you attach documents

14. This tab will allow you to attach videos

15. Every role will require an image to post it, which can be uploaded here

16. This bar on the right hand side is a checklist of all the information needed for the job posting

17. These switches allow you to select the visibility of the posting

18. You can also use this drop-down to select any checklists you would like to be applied to that posting

19. Click on Next step to continue with the posting

20. Here you can select the requirements for applying to the job (these will be requested before candidate shortlisting or 'applied' status)
Here you can select what you need from candidates, including a CV, Cover Letter, Education Background, Work History and your filtering questions.

21. If selecting filtering questions, you can apply any questions by which you want to filter candidates through existing templates you have built in the templates tabs. This is also where you can set up auto-rejection

22. Click on Next Step to continue with the posting

23. Here you can input the essential and desirable criteria for the role, so the candidate can tick what applies to them during the application

24. Click on Next Step to continue with posting

25. Here you can input skills requirements which will parse from the candidate's application to help with their score against the role

26. Click on Next Step to continue posting

27. Finally, you have your job workflow, where you can edit how many steps to complete the process, select new stages, and choose when documentation gets sent out (further information found in our FAQs)

28. Click on Complete once you are happy with your job information and workflow to complete your template
