SeeMeHired offers a platform for conducting video interviews, allowing you to schedule, confirm, interview, and provide feedback to candidates, all in one place. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate the video interview process.
1. Select the job you wish to interview for (or access interviews from the calendar in your dashboard). You will find your interview candidates in the interview section

2. Click on Manage Interviews to access the interview landing page

3. from here you will see a breakdown of where in the interview process your candidates currently are for this role.

4. Click on the confirmed tag to see candidates that have confirmed the interview slots sent to them

5. On the candidate that you are interviewing, click on the actions button

6. Click on Go to interview

7. This age will give you a breakdown of the interview you have scheduled with the candidate

8. Click on Join Interview to access the video platform

9. Click on Join Room once you have accessed the platform

10. Once in the platform, you will see the pending status of the candidate to join

11. On the right-hand side, you will have access to interview questions, if they have been added to your job.

12. Click through interview questions by selecting the arrow buttons above them

13. Click on Chat if you would like to message the candidate

14. Here you can see the messaging function, which replaces interview questions when selected

15. there are several standard video conference options, including the share screen button

16. Once a candidate has joined the room, you will be notified and the candidate won't be let into the interview until you approve it

17. Click on Let Candidate in once you are ready to begin the interview

18. Once you have completed the interview, select the 'Leave Interview' button once you are finished with the interview

19. Click on OK to confirm your departure and you will be brought to the interview wrap-up page
