Our interview question section is a great way to centralise all your interview information by allowing you to create questions and grade them on a framework suitable to you. This guide will show you how to build interview question templates that you can use for both your in-person and video-based interviews.
1. From the Dashboard, select the Templates tab

2. Click on Interview Questions

3. Here you will find your current interview questions and have the option to add new questions

4. Click on Add New Template to create a new group of questions

5. Give your template a name

6. Click on Confirm to create the template

7. Once here, you will have an overview of the questions and rating scale

8. The Questions Form tab allows you to add new questions and questions groups

9. The Rating scale tab allows you to create a template to rate on

10. A 5-point rating scale will already be created but is completely editable

11. To add a new point, you can do so with the 'Add Point' button

12. When creating a point you can add the title and guidelines to justify that score

13. To the right of every point is the option to edit, move or delete the point

14. In the Questions Form tab, you will see the option to add a questions group to begin building the template

15. Once the questions group is created, you can now begin adding questions with the "Add Question" button

16. Once you have finished editing your groups and questions, you need to hit save to save the template to your platform
