1. When creating a new job, the option to include interview questions can be found in Step 6 of the workflow

2. The interview stage should appear below, with the option on the right to use interview questions

3. After selecting yes, choose the interview questions from your list to be used

4. Interview questions can also be changed after the job has been created. Begin by going into the job and landing on this page
Please note! This can not be changed if a candidate has already been processed into or past the interview stage.

5. Select the 'Manage Interviews' button

6. From there, select the button that says 'Interview Questions'

7. Here you will see a breakdown of the interview questions already attached to the job. These will be locked, as indicated by the greyed out template dropdown and interview questions toggle

8. You can also edit and make changes to the existing questions for the job if you are not looking to change the entire template but just a few small details for this particular role. Ensure to click 'Save' once everything is complete

9. To unlock and change the interview questions, click on the unlock button found in the middle of the page
Please be aware that this option will not be presented if you have already taken candidates through the interview stage so as to prevent any change in process

10. Once unlocked, you can now select a different template from the dropdown highlighted
