So long as a candidate hasn't gone through your entire workflow, you can edit the stages to collect more candidate information if it is needed, such as forms from your templateAs long as a candidate has not completed the entire workflow, you can modify the stages to gather additional candidate information if necessary, such as using templates to collect forms.
1. Starting from the Dashboard, click on the Jobs tab

2. From here, you can select Active, Pending or archived jobs

3. Look for the job which has the workflow you would like to edit and select it, from active jobs or archived, you will have to select the dropdown button and click 'Edit'

4. Click on the Workflow tab from within the job

5. Here you will get a breakdown of the workflow on that particular job

6. Click on the Add stage button to add the point at which you would like the form sent out

7. Name the stage and in the 'Type' dropdown, select 'Additional Information' - Then choose where you would like this stage to come into effect

8. Click on Add

9. Once added, the stage should appear where you have chosen

10. Click on Select form

11. Select the form you have built to gather the further information necessary

ℹ️ PLEASE NOTE, IF THE JOB IS ACTIVE AND CANDIDATES HAVE ALREADY BEEN PUT THROUGH THE PROCESS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT STAGES OF THE WORKFLOW WHICH HAVE ALREADY HAD CANDIDATES IN THEM OR ADD STAGES PRIOR TO ONES WHICH HAVE HAD CANDIDATES
