One of the primary advantages of onboarding packs is the capability to gather candidate information using our customizable forms. These forms can request various types of information and can be fully tailored to your needs. This guide provides instructions on how to incorporate these forms into your onboarding packs.
1. Starting from the Dashboard, click on Templates

2. Click on the Onboarding tab

3. Then click on Onboarding packs

4. Here you will see you existing onboarding packs

5. Select the pack you would like to add a form to

6. Once in the pack, select 'Add Attachment'

7. Here you have the option to add a mapped document (such as a contract of employment), another file (any document for view/download) and an Additional Form (forms created on SMH). Select which you would like to add to your pack.

8. Click on Select a page will appear with an option to select which form/document you would like to upload

9. Select your form/document from the dropdown

10. A preview of the form/document will appear once selected

11. Click on Save to add it to your onboarding pack
