Email templates are a great way to set up a standardised message for candidate outreach, be it a request for further information, an offer, a rejection, or even just a form of correspondence you send often.
1. From your dashboard click on Templates

2. Click on Emails

3. Here you will be see all your currently created email templates

4. You can duplicate an existing template by pressing the button next to the template you wish to copy

5. Then select duplicate to create it

6. For a new template, select 'Add New Template'

7. You can then name your new template and select confirm

8. The first thing to do is to select what type of template you would like it to be by selecting the options dropdown

9. You can then choose the type of message you are creating
Rejection and Offer messages will auto-populate a subject line, where as email messages will not. Be mindful of this if you would like a specific subject line of your choosing

10. As exampled here, you can put dynamic fields multiple times in a template to make the messages quicker to send

11. Dynamic fields are text that takes information based on the candidate being sent the message and the job they have applied for

12. Once you have written and completed your message, select save to ensure it is added to your templates list and ready to use
