This guide will help you enhance your candidate filtering process by demonstrating how to modify and create effective filtering questions.
1. From the dashboard, select the Templates tab

2. Click on Filtering questions

3. This page will show you all your existing filtering question templates

4. You can duplicate an existing template by selecting the 3 dots and clicking 'duplicate'

5. To create a new template, click on Add New Template

6. Name your new template

7. This page provides an overview of your filtering questions

8. From this menu, you can select your question types

9. The next type of question is text. Allowing a text reply to your question

10. Once you are finished with your questions and editing, ensure you hit save to save it to your templates list!

11. This is the information question type - This will be used to bring attention to the text

12. You can choose to display it as information, a warning or neutral. Each can be previewed when building the question form

13. This function, and many more, employ an auto-reject function. This is customisable so you can reject candidates' applications based on your needs

14. The skill rating allows you to ask for a candidate's level of experience in a certain skill type

15. A unique choice question means the candidate can only choose one of the options presented to them

16. The question type, Multiple Choices, allows for the candidates to select several answers

17. Yes or No question types only allow for one of two answers to a question.

18. The option to change the option from 'yes' or 'no' is available by toggling the 'Change labels' button.

19. The dropdown question box, gives a dropdown menu of your answers for the candidate to choose one from

20. The number option question type only allows for a numeric value to be put in as an answer

21. The legal sex option only allows for the three answers seen here, with the option to edit the title of the question

22. Every question comes with the option for 'Conditional Logic', which allows you to dictate if that question should appear based on the answer of a different question.
